We are a privately owned construction company, that use Modern Methods of Construction to deliver complex built environments to the NHS, and many other private healthcare and life-science clients.
Proudly established as a family business in 2002 by Gerald Hartley and eldest son David, and later joined by younger son Steven (Chairman, Managing Director and Project Director respectively), we have consistently proven ourselves as a truly valued partner to the NHS.
From our inception, we have occupied a position at the cutting edge of building technology and innovation.
We’ve always prioritised consistency of people. An incredibly low staff turnover rate and dedication to nurturing talent, means all of the directors on our board started with the business as apprentices.
Committed to our social responsibilities, we support many community and construction specific initiatives and place a real importance on mental health awareness and improving gender balance within the industry.
