It has been a privilege to work with such a flexible, professional and competent company such as MTX. The level of cooperation, flexibility both on site and commercially has been second to none, and I have highly recommended MTX for any future new builds or large-scale development projects.

Maurisa Oconnor – Senior Capital Developments Project Manager, Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust

Following the modular construction route allowed for significant programme savings. With programme being one of the main drivers for the Trust, being able to engage with MTX early through the SBS Modular Construction Framework allowed for significant programme improvements over a traditional build approach.

Tim Tompkins – Director of cost management, Castons Consulting LTD

Colchester hospital opened to patients in 1985 and this is the biggest project undertaken on the site since then. It is incredible, when you consider that MTX started on site in April 2022, and now here we at the end of 2024 with this superb complex building which will be one of the biggest and best facilities of its kind in Europe.

David Cohen – Senior capital project manager, ESNEFT

Working with MTX from the outset was easy; they always prioritised safety appropriately and their site management team have been good at communicating directly with clinical staff and other stakeholders when required.

Claire Howe, Associate Director, Capital Planning and Development for Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

I'm delighted with the impressive job undertaken by MTX in constructing our new short-stay ward. The collaboration between our teams has been exemplary, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. MTX's hybrid approach, combining offsite manufacturing with onsite construction, has significantly expedited the delivery of this complex facility.

Anthony Rankine, Head of Estates & Capital Projects, Northwick Park Hospital
