Your end-to-end construction solution

At the conception stage of any project, our in-house pre-construction design team are able to work with clients to strategically define project requirements. Our dedicated team of architects, clinical planners, surveyors, MEP, structural and fire engineers are able to collaborate with our clients to understand and advise on specific requirements including workflows, infrastructure, capacity and accommodation schedule; providing cost and programme updates at all stages in order to support OBC and FBC approval.

The underpinning spirit of collaboration and co-operation that existed between the Trust as the client and MTX as the contractor was an essential element in continuing with the build programme. That level of trust and honesty on both sides is the true test of collaboration and genuine teamwork.
