The single storey modular building will be located in an existing car park and will be linked into the existing main hospital corridor.
The building footprint falls within an area of archaeological interest and there has been numerous excavations on site with all findings recorded.
The groundwork’s solution has been designed to minimise the level of excavation on site and MTX are working closely with the Headland Archaeology to ensure that any findings are respectfully exhumed and logged accordingly.
The project is due to be completed and operational by 7th December 2015.
