The transaction was completed on 28 November 2025, with Daniel Bowman appointed as Managing Director of Elite Group.

This acquisition marks an exciting milestone for MTX as the business continues to strengthen its maintenance, small works and FM capabilities to support both existing healthcare clients and the wider NHS estate.
